Most custom projects have an 8–12-week fabrication lead time after final design approval and confirmation of scope. Smaller projects may move faster, while unusually large or complex work may require additional time. We confirm the project schedule before fabrication begins.

Custom commissions are quoted per project after we review the opening, drawings, quantity, glass, hardware, finish, delivery, installation, and site conditions. That produces a useful project-specific number instead of a misleading generic range.

D’Hierro architectural ironwork is designed, fabricated, and finished in our Dallas studio. Local manufacturing gives us direct control over quality, scheduling, coordination, and storage when a construction schedule changes.

Furniture delivery is arranged with the order, and timing and cost are confirmed before fulfillment. Because many pieces are prepared to order, sales are generally final; orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation. Condition is documented at delivery, and any approved exception is subject to return freight and a 25% restocking fee.
