Details

Handcrafted in Italy by Bracci (est. 1964). Solid hardwood frame with high-resiliency, eco-friendly foam and fiber cushioning. Upholstered in top-grain Italian leather or fabric (see upholstery options). Power-motion models use an electric reclining mechanism. Warranty: 5 years on the frame, 3 years on leather and fillings.

Care

Leather & fabric care: dust regularly and wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Leather — blot spills immediately with a slightly damp cloth, condition periodically, and keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Fabric — blot spills promptly; professional cleaning is recommended for set-in stains. Avoid solvent-based or abrasive cleaners.

Policies

Shipping: White-glove delivery is complimentary within Dallas-Fort Worth. Delivery outside DFW is confirmed by custom estimate after carrier review.

Returns: Each resale piece is prepared to order, so all sales are final after the 48-hour cancellation window.

Warranty: Bracci covers the frame for 5 years and leather/fillings for 3 years.

Trade: Designers and trade buyers see their pricing sitewide once signed in — apply for the trade program or sign in. Freight and procurement support run through the Dallas showroom.

Lead times vary by maker; D'Hierro gives you a firm window before anything is built or ordered. Please inspect your piece with the delivery team so condition is documented at acceptance.

This is a leather with polyester high resistance material attached on top made in Italy by a special machinery. Leather Suede has a natural elasticity so wrinkling cannot be avoided.
