Delivery & returns.
Every piece is handled with care from our showroom to your room. We confirm the timing and details before fulfillment begins.
White-glove delivery
White-glove delivery is complimentary within Dallas–Fort Worth. Elsewhere in the United States, delivery is 6% of the order value, capped at $800. Your address determines the final delivery charge at checkout.
Because many pieces are made or prepared to order, timing varies by piece and configuration. We provide a firm written lead-time window before fabrication or fulfillment begins and arrange the delivery appointment with you.
Cancellations and returns
Because each piece is prepared to order, all sales are final. An order may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation. The 48-hour period is an order-cancellation window, not a return period after delivery.
If a return is approved as a one-time exception, the piece must reach us in its original condition, return freight is at your expense, and a 25% restocking fee applies. Custom and commissioned work is non-returnable. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law for defective goods.
Condition at delivery
Condition is documented at white-glove delivery. Please note any issue at acceptance; anything documented then is repaired or replaced at no cost.
