Keep motion mechanisms clear of obstructions. Battery packs need regular charging and are recommended by Bracci for a main home, not a second home.

Shipping: White-glove delivery is complimentary within Dallas-Fort Worth and a flat 6% capped at $800 elsewhere.

Returns: Each resale piece is prepared to order, so all sales are final after the 48-hour cancellation window.

Warranty: Bracci covers the frame for 5 years and leather/fillings for 3 years.

Trade: Designers and trade buyers see their pricing sitewide once signed in — apply for the trade program or sign in. Freight and procurement support run through the Dallas showroom.
