How long does a custom iron door take?
Most residential entry and pivot doors run roughly 10–16 weeks from approved shop drawings, depending on size, glazing, and finish. We give you a firm window before fabrication begins.
Are steel doors energy-efficient in Texas?
Yes — we specify insulated low-E glazing and thermally-considered profiles so a steel-and-glass door performs in the DFW climate without sacrificing slim sightlines.
Can you match a specific style or a door I’ve seen?
We work from your elevations, a sketch, or a reference image and develop full shop drawings for sign-off before we forge anything.
Do you install, or just fabricate?
Both. Doors are forged and finished in our Dallas shop and installed by the D’Hierro crew — one accountable team from drawing to hinge.
