Every piece arrives by white-glove delivery — carried into your room, unpacked, and assembled, with the packaging removed. Each piece is prepared to order, so all sales are final; orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation. Please inspect your piece with the delivery team — condition is documented at delivery, and anything noted at acceptance is repaired or replaced at no cost.
