Every piece arrives by white-glove delivery — carried into your room, unpacked, and assembled, with the packaging removed. It's complimentary within Dallas–Fort Worth and a flat 6% (capped at $800) elsewhere, shown at checkout. Lead times vary by maker — we give you a firm window before anything is built.

Each piece is prepared to order, so all sales are final; orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation. Please inspect your piece with the delivery team — condition is documented at delivery, and anything noted at acceptance is repaired or replaced at no cost.

If a return is approved as a one-time exception, the piece must reach us in original condition, return freight is at your cost, and a 25% restocking fee applies.
