These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase of products or services from D'Hierro (“D’Hierro,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Products, pricing, and availability

We present our own forged pieces alongside curated furnishings from the houses we carry. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We work to keep product information, imagery, and pricing accurate, but errors can occur; if we discover an error in a price or description on an order, we may cancel or correct it and will contact you before proceeding. Colors and finishes shown on screen are representative — request a physical sample for an exact match.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; an order is accepted when we confirm it. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Applicable sales tax and delivery are calculated at checkout or quoted with your order. Most pieces are delivered by arranged white-glove service, with timing and cost confirmed before fulfillment.

Made-to-order, cancellations, and returns

Many pieces are prepared to order. Because of this, all sales are final; an order may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation. Lead times are given as a firm written window before fabrication begins. Condition is documented at white-glove delivery, and anything noted at acceptance is repaired or replaced at no cost. If a return is approved as a one-time exception, the piece must reach us in original condition, return freight is at your expense, and a 25% restocking fee applies. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law for defective goods.

Custom and commissioned work

Custom ironwork and commissions are quoted per project after we review drawings or visit the site, and are governed by the written proposal and any separate agreement for that project, including deposit and scheduling terms. Custom work is non-returnable.

Trade program

Access to trade or designer pricing is subject to approval and to the program terms provided at sign-up. Trade pricing and account access are personal to the approved firm and may not be shared or resold.

Intellectual property

The site and its content — including text, designs, photography, renderings, and the D’Hierro name and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, D’Hierro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the item at issue. Product warranties, where offered, are stated with your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Dallas, Texas will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
