Hot- & cold-rolled steel
Our primary material — strong, slender, and workable hot at the anvil and press. The basis of most doors, windows, and railings.
Insulated steel frames
For exterior doors and windows, our steel profiles are internally insulated to improve thermal performance while preserving the slim steel frame.
Wrought-style iron
Hand-scrolled, traditional ironwork for classical entries, gates, and ornamental pieces.
Bronze & brass
For handrails, hardware, and accents — warm, durable, and beautifully patinated by hand.
Stainless
Where corrosion resistance is required — exterior, coastal, or wet environments.
Exterior doors & windows
For exterior steel doors and windows, we specify high-performance architectural fluoropolymer coatings for UV stability, corrosion resistance, and durability. Standard color families include Black, Bronze, Espresso, and Wimborne White; custom color matching is available.
Fireplace doors & screens
Fireplace work uses high-temperature, heat-resistant coating systems selected for hearth applications. Available color families include Black, Bronze, Gold, and Gray, with custom high-temperature colors on request.
Steel furniture
Our forged furniture uses furniture-grade coating systems designed for pieces that get touched every day. Standard D’Hierro finishes include Black, Graphite, Iron Bronze, Metallic Brass, and Warm Silver; custom designer finishes are available.
Custom samples & matching
For custom colors, patina direction, or hardware matching, we prepare finish samples during drawings so the final finish is approved before fabrication moves forward.
Insulated Low-E glass
Cardinal LoE³-366® insulated glass with argon gas fill is our standard exterior glazing, delivering thermal performance, solar heat control, and UV protection.
Specialty & safety glass
Optional low-iron glass, tempered glass, laminated safety glass, privacy glass, textured glass, and triple-pane insulated glazing are available.
Switchable smart glass
Glass changes from clear to frosted at the touch of a button for privacy, partitions, and wine rooms.
