Where are your pieces made?

Everything is designed, forged, and finished by hand in our Dallas studio — made in the USA. We don’t broker or import finished steel, which is how we keep quality and lead times reliable.

Do you work from an architect’s or designer’s drawings?

Yes — that’s our preferred way to work. We develop full shop drawings from your construction documents, provide finish samples, and coordinate on-site. See our Trade program for designer pricing and our non-compete.

What are typical lead times?

Lead times depend on scope and finish and are scheduled in writing before fabrication. Rush and phased schedules can often be accommodated for trade and commercial work — talk to us early.

How does pricing work?

Custom commissions are quoted per project after we review drawings or a site visit. Standardized pieces (like some furniture) have set pricing. We stand behind our quotes, including freight and lead time.

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Dallas and serve the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and beyond. We’ve delivered and installed across the region and take select projects further afield.

Do you install, or just fabricate?

Both. Field measurement through final hang is handled by our own crew, so there’s a single point of accountability.

Can I buy your furniture online?

An online store is coming. Our own forged-steel furniture will be available first; for now, pieces are commissioned directly — start a project and we’ll send pricing and lead time.

How do I care for the finish?

Clean steel frames regularly using water and a soft microfiber cloth. If additional cleaning is needed, use a mild soap diluted in water. Do not use oils, abrasive cleaners, ammonia-based products, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the finish.

What about delivery and returns?

Every piece arrives by arranged white-glove delivery — we confirm timing and cost with your order, and lead times are given as a firm window before anything is built. Because each piece is prepared to order, all sales are final; orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation. Condition is documented at delivery, and anything noted at acceptance is repaired or replaced at no cost. If a return is approved as a one-time exception, the piece must reach us in original condition, return freight is at your cost, and a 25% restocking fee applies.
