Plan your
project.
An opening, a room, or a whole home. Share your idea and we’ll help with the design, budget and next step.
Design, fabrication and installation.
One Dallas team, from the first conversation.
Before you begin.
What should I send with the first message?
Your name, project ZIP code and a way to reach you are enough to begin. Photos, plans, rough measurements and inspiration are welcome if you have them.
Do the dimensions need to be final?
No. Approximate dimensions and opening counts are useful for the first pass. Final conditions are field-verified and resolved in shop drawings before fabrication begins.
What affects project-specific pricing?
The first estimate is based mainly on the type of ironwork, opening area, quantity, delivery, and installation. Final pricing and fabrication details confirm glass specification, hardware, finish, handing, engineering, and field conditions after approval.
How should I think about glass, finish, and hardware?
Bring the look, privacy, performance, and use case you want. We can guide glass, powder-coat or patina finish, pulls, locks, and other hardware during design development; our materials and finishes guide is a useful starting point.
What happens after I send the brief?
Our Dallas team will follow up within one business day. We will discuss your project, ask for any details needed to prepare an estimate, and help you choose the next step. Most custom projects fabricate in 8–12 weeks after final design approval and confirmation of scope.
